By submitting a special, deal, event, coupon, or business listing to ApexSpecials.com (“Apex Specials,” “we,” “us”), you (“you,” “the business”) agree to the following terms. Please read them before submitting.
1. Authority and Accuracy
You confirm that you are authorized to represent the business named in your submission, and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
2. Permission to Publish
You grant Apex Specials a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish, display, reproduce, edit for formatting or length, and promote your submission on ApexSpecials.com and its associated pages and channels. You retain ownership of your own business name, logo, and content.
3. Review and No Guarantee of Publication
All submissions are reviewed before publishing. Apex Specials does not guarantee that any submission will be published, and does not guarantee any specific placement, visibility, traffic, or results.
4. Right to Edit, Decline, or Remove
Apex Specials may edit, decline, unpublish, or permanently remove any listing or submission at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and without obligation to provide a reason. This applies to both free and paid listings.
5. Content Standards
You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You agree not to submit spam or content unrelated to a legitimate local business offer.
6. Responsibility for Offers
You are solely responsible for honoring any special, deal, offer, or coupon you submit, and for the accuracy of any terms, restrictions, prices, or expiration dates. Apex Specials is not a party to any transaction between your business and a customer, and is not responsible or liable for offers that are expired, altered, withdrawn, unavailable, or dishonored.
7. Free and Paid Listings
Free listings include standard placement in the Apex Specials directory. Featured and paid placements are subject to separate terms, pricing, and availability, and do not change the rights described in these terms, including our right to edit, decline, or remove listings.
8. Contact
By submitting, you agree that Apex Specials may contact you at the email address or phone number you provide regarding your submission, your listing, or related advertising options.
9. Changes to These Terms
Apex Specials may update these Submission Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your submission applies to that submission.
